It is aimed at measuring the maturity of an organization’s cybersecurity processes toward demonstrating compliance with the protection of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
The framework is designed to increase cyber hygiene through maturation of practices and processes.
Dana wants to do her part to help Government Defense Industrial Base achieve CMMC.
She developed and continues to build upon a CMMC resource library.
(Currently she has over 100 topics surrounding CMMC).
Her goal is Two fold
#1 To give the Government Contractors hope that they can in fact achieve CMMC.
#2 To expose them to a variety of CMMC cybersecurity professionals that can help them with their CMMC journey.
